The Proposed 150 Hectare Equine hub on Pencarrow Rd has both support and detraction. Residents generally accept it as being a good option for the amalgamation of the Te Rapa, Cambridge and Wapai (Te Awamutu) tracks. However residents directly affected still have their questions unanswered.
